This week, our children will be learning about how to keep our bodies healthy by keeping them moving! First, we will take a try at Zumba. What is it? They will learn that it is a healthy, fun way to exercise. We will also watch a short video of Zumba and then choose their own song to create a group routine together and practice.
Lastly, we take a try at Yoga. Learning different poses and how this type of exercise stretches our muscles, while calming our body and mind. There are lots of ways to get your body moving in healthy ways, so get moving!
