Learning About Fireworks

This week, our children will be learning about Fireworks. First, we will go over the safety rules about fireworks. Reminding them that we always stay with an adult whenever there are fireworks nearby, and we never touch a firework.

We will talk about the sound that fireworks makes, remembering that it very loud and could seem scary to young children, even animals.
We will also discuss what holidays we usually see and hear fireworks in our communities.

Lastly, the children will make several art projects replicating fireworks and the amazing colors that we see.
Have a safe and fun 4th of July!
