We are in the second week of our wild animals project. During this week, we will talk about habitats. A habitat is where an animal lives to find food, water and shelter. The children will select some animals and discover what their habitats are such as forest, desert, jungle and arctic.
Then they will take a look at a food chain and understand that everything in the habitat is connected. The children will work on math skills by measuring items around the school using rollers and measuring tapes.
