We are in the second week of our farm and animals project.
This week, the children will research how farmers and veterinarians take care of injured or sick animals on the farm. Then they will discuss and compare how they take care of their pets at home. The teacher will ask the children if they think plants and trees can get sick. They will research how the farmers take care of their crops.
Lastly, discuss the harvesting process with their crops. The children will document an example of how apples get from the farm to the grocery store to their home.
