This is our last week of summer fun! Next week we are getting ready to prepare for a new school year. Some of our friends will be moving on to kindergarten! We are so proud of them and wish them a great first school year!
But for our last week, we will have some fun talking about what we can do at the beach and the lakes.
First, we will look closely at the different beaches and lakes in our sunny state of Florida.
Next, create a chart comparing fun things to do at the beach vs at the lake. Such as; swimming, boating, fishing, collecting shells, flying kites and so much more.
Lastly, the children will choose their favorite place to have fun in the sun and then paint a picture of that place and explain to their classmate what their creation is all about. Fun!
